Booking Conditions

Making a Booking

We have a two night minimum requirement for weekend nights between June and November.

Children under 12 sharing with two adults are charged at half price.

Children 13 to 16 are subject to a £2.50 per night surcharge, to cover the cost of breakfast.

Adults occupying a family room will be charged at the appropriate per person tariff.

Mixed Groups or Same Sex Booking

We do not accept same sex bookings. We only cater for couples and families. Therefore on agreeing to our terms and conditions on making a booking with us you are confirming that you are a couple or a family. If you make a booking online and it is accepted, and when you check in it is obvious that you are not a couple or a family or family group we WILL charge your card for the accommodation AND ask that you find alternative accommodation.

Payment

We ask that you pay any balance on day of arrival after you have satisfied yourself you will be comfortable during your stay with us.

Cancellation Charges

It is your right to cancel your booking with us at any time. However if we have reserved a room for you and declined other potential bookings because of your reservation it is fair that we retain your deposit. If we are notified with more than 14 days notice before the arrival date. Cancellations within 14 days of your arrival date will incur the first nights accommodatiion tariff. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival date or "no shows" on date of arrival will incur the full tariff as quoted at the time of booking for the whole of the intended stay to a maximum of two nights.

Check In - Check Out

You can check in any time after 12p and up to 11pm. Your room may not be ready until 2pm but we can however store your luggage for you. On check in we prefer that you settle any outstanding account for your full stay. One day of departure please vacate your room by 10.30 this gives us time to prepare it for any new guests arriving on the same day. We can store your luggage for you to collect upto 11pm that same day.

Residential Bar License

The premises are only licensed for residents use only and therefore anyone not staying at the hotel will be refused services at the bar.

Valuables

Visitors valuables are left at their own risk. The proprietors accept no responsibility for loss of guests property.

Customer Service

We appreciate your business and are keen to learn ways we can improve things. If you are not delighted about any aspect of our service we would like to know. You are encouraged to speak to us directly so we can put this right immediately.

The proprietors reserve the right to cancel accommodation if at any time in their opinion the behavior of the guests is such that the comfort and enjoyment of other guests is disturbed or endangered. In this event you will be asked to leave without entitlement to compensation.

All damages and breakages are to be paid for. We reserve the right to charge your credit card. Where more than one room has been booked, the lead member who made the initial deposit will be liable for all members of their group.
